So this is how liberty dies... with thunderous applause.
#8-32 is my choice, reason being, if it gets stripped out you can go to #10-32. Any thing bigger just isnt a fine enough pitch for the thin wall of some blade holders.
8-32 see above...

From Wikipedia: "Internet Explorer slows down GIFs if the framerate is 20 frames per second or higher and Microsoft reports that Google Chrome and Safari also slow down some GIF animations."
8-32, because it's big enough to hold the blade in but small enough that you can hide it if you need to.
Those who have earned the right to boast have no need to.
I seem to be in the minority so far. I like 10-32 screws because they have a little more "bite" on the blade.
Maybe it comes from having had Parks EL sabers before there were LED sabers. Those had 1/4-20 screws on them.

8-32 for reason stated in post #2 plus it will be a smaller hole.

If you guys are having problems with your screw holes stripping out, then you must be cranking your screws down too hard. Stop being gorillas.
And you must have lots of little dents and divots in your blades where the smaller screws bite them.
