Thread: P7 900 lumens

    Question P7 900 lumens

Any idea of how to wire in a P7 at 700-900 lumen for the blade? I was thinking of a dual power supply. On for the sound card with the other workings and one power supply for the P7 blade.

You would need very good battery cells for a start e.g. 18650 2600mAh Li-Ion cells then a Driver that can dish out 2.8A, very good heat management and good optics that wont melt with all the heat, sound simple? lol

if you are going with a sinktube body the 4AA battery packs from radioshack fit perfectly inside. wire two in parrallel with Ni Hm batteries and you have
4.8 volts and about 5000 mAh. but that would take up a lot of room. that would just be the simple way to do it were you not using sound.

but i would ask do clo what he did. more specifically what battery he used.

dont forget you should also use the p7 driver. and also find a good optics to work with it. good luck

Why did you start 2 separate threads in 2 different forums about the same thing, bzylman? It really wasn't necessary.
