Here is a new saber that I finished it is 12.5 inches long with a hand cut brass overlay and a blue lux III led and a MR FX sound board, blue ring AV switch. The blade is a 36 inch long thin wall 1 inch diameter EX blade.

Is the aluminum powder coated or clear coated? I'm curious about the finish.

you will notice that all the curves and edges are slightly rounded and stuff. this is a result of high speed polishing on a lathe. or lathe mill combo in dons sake. i have to say it really works and he makes some awesome sabers. always great designs.Originally Posted by Obi-Dar Ke-Gnomie
so do clo i really like your overlay design. very awesome. especially for hand cut. i could never do anything like that. all of my overlays, when i learn how to do it, will be CNC cut. but that will be a while from now.
