Default Star Wars in Concert Pics!

This last Wednesday, the 14th, ARKM, Astromech_Kuhns, DJ, and myself went to Star Wars in Concert event in Portland.
Here are the pics, in order of how we took them.
(I was wondering if I should move this to the gallery, since it's mainly photobased. But there's no real lightsaber discussion, so... Yeah...)

I do intend on going to that when it gets to Michigan - but exactly how is still up in the air. Right now, I'm waiting for my belt and pouch set to get to me from Saberbelt.com - once I get the food capsules done, which should be tomorrow, if the plastic hemispheres show up, that'll be all I need before I can submit my Old Republic Jedi costume for Rebel Legion membership. If I get approval in time, I'm going to see if I can troop it.

If not... I may just break down and blow the cash on the ticket to go see it as a civilian. Wouldn't be my first choice, but, as Erv might say, c'est la vie.

Hah. I dunno if 'trooping it' means that the RL foots the bill, but anything even remotely close to canon will put you at the top of the list of costume quality. There were some decent ones, but nothing even remotely accurate.

Well RL doesn't "foot the bill" the venue lets us in for free for providing atmosphere.

it was really fun and awesome! not only the concert but the displays as well. and the costumers and atmosphere. had loads of fun!

but there was that one manager worker that had to come over and tell those two kids to be careful and not to hit the sabers so hard and duel. then there was the cotton candy lady..........

Yeah, we did a lot of advertising. Had people taking pictures of the one TCSS business card I carry in my wallet.

Speaking of which, if I just ask Tim for a few of those in my next order, I could probably get a few, right?
