Due to the amount of time it takes to make changes to orders, we have been forced to setup some guidelines to better serve all of our customers.

1. We are not able to hold orders. We are sorry that we are frequently out of certain items but you will need to wait until they are all in stock or place multiple orders.

2. We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Please look your order over very carefully and do all research before submitting payment.

3. We cannot combine multiple orders. We may ship multiple orders in one shipment, if it works out that way, but you will not be refunded any shipping fees.

We are sorry if this seems unfair, but we feel it is necessary in order to serve all of our customers in a timely manner. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support.
