Ok so here is a little update of my Cal Marr saber.
Due to work I've not done anything with this and since I had put it to one side because I got frustrated with my choice of switch placement I sent the whole lot of to my friend for some color and to finish.
I've had him anodize the main hilt to black and this is what we've got.

i like this, i was sad when the build seemed to peter out a bit. Might i make a request that you show how you wired up your prolight when you get to that point?

Yeah so was I.
I'm no longer going with a prolite RGB it's going to be a cyan led. I don't have a blue yet and this will be a jedi saber.
The RGB's aren't difficult to wire though, Rhyen and Matt have both done comprehensive schematics for wiring RGB's.
This will be done soon and up in the gallery.

Glad to see you back on track with this one. The black is a nice touch. I wasn't crazy about the overlay or how it looked as brass on aluminum in this case, but your MHS choice is really nice and the black will probably make the overlay look better. Looking forward to seeing this for sure.
