Cool May I present "Lightning Strike"!!!

OK, so here is the second in the line of "sibling birthday sabers"...

This will be the third sinktube saber I've made and here are some features...
    Hilt
    - Sinktube overlays cut with weak Dremel-Fu.
    - Hidden bladeholder screws
    - chrystal chamber cutouts

    Guts
    - Lux III royal Blue
    - 2006 Force action sound
    - premium speaker
    - Custom chrystal chamber w/ 5mm blue LED driven at 30 Ma (thanks obidar for the insperation)

Enjoy, One thing that made this so diffifult is I had to literally make this in 2 days. so It isn't as clean as I originally intended so I mad the crystal chamber a bit rought to imitate a used look

The brown box is my portable workstation. It hold all my dremel, electronics, and hilt supplies I need. This location is not at my home...

    Well, what do you think?

Great saber and very nice job. Especially for making it in 2 days.

that is great and it gives me hope for my saber in the works. I will be using a 1.25 sinktube with 1.5 sinktube overlay and polywashers on the ends of the 1.5 to cap them off just like yours. This saber looks great and now I have a better idea of how mine would look. What type of paint did you use on the polywashers and are they the clear plastic kind or the orange rubber type?

I use the rubber orange for design purposes but use the hard plastic kind sprayed with rustoleom hammered finish plastic spray paint.

Do you have something to put in the gaps between the overlay? If not use electrical tape and ribbed rubber flooring.

Thanks for the compliments so far guys!
