Because "they" find the lazy ones and have to comment.........

Ok, so I know i'm a pot calling the kettle black somewhat, but ...
There is a right way and wrong way to encourage people to search and get info on their own.
I'm not picking on anyone here in particular, just commenting on a rising trend that needs to stop and re-tooled so it works right...
How about we all just adopt a kind of canned response such as:
"That's a very good question, but one that has been answered a few times before on this forum. Please perform a search regarding that question and you'll find the answer you are looking for."
It's a lot better than
'FAIL!'....just my two cents.

You're right, and I apologize.
I edited that particular rudeness out of my post.

Don’t ask me why, but I’m signed up on Erv’s site for a couple of years now to get newsletters and any and all general notifications, and I have yet to receive any of them. I’ve discussed it with him and it’s not going to spam or anything like that…. sometimes it just doesn’t work properly.
I truly have to rely on picking up the info second hand from here or one of the other forums. So when it comes to having a shot at one of these “holy grails”, definitely make an account and sign up for the newsletter, but don’t rely on it 100%, still check around and keep a close eye on the forums.
