Default first saber in the works

well this is what ive got so far, i was going to wait till i got done to post it but i wanted to see what you guys thought and if im on the right track. to start i used a mag light housing as the base. then started cutting sink tube, witch i have alot of sitting in a box i got from my wifes grandfather that he didnt want. the rings are the threads from the sink tube, i slid them on there i kinda like it. i used a sink drain screen on the bottom to get ready for some sound. i found this inch and half to inch reducer at home depot i hope will work for my blade holder. i think im going to go with the P4 blue with the buckpuck for my led. well its a start

    looks good!
reminds me a bit of the Jedi Academy sabers with the multiple angled layers and all.

Oooh, I like this Saber alot. The layers are neat!

Would you care to expand on where you got the Blade holder?
You said it is an 1 1/2" to 1" reducer? Is it in the plumbing section?
Got a Question? There's a thread for that...

well i will take that reducer out tonight and snap a pic, i cant remeber were i found it. i was on my way out and it caught my eye and i didnt pay attention were i was, it was either in plumbing or around it. its threaded on the other end and the end you can see know has ridges for a hose to be put on and clamped down. so i think its origanal use is to be an adaptor from a metel pipe to a flexable hose of some sort. so maybe even for a gas line? i dont have a blade yet, so you might want to take your blade with you to make sure it will fit, i figure i will give it a shot and chance it, sence its only a couple bucks.

Looking good so far, I can't wait for the finished product.
