From Leatherup.com, I spotted these boots on their site.
I don't know much about costuming, but they look about right to me. Might not make the Rebel Legion, but they'd certainly pass.

size 4 or 5 would fit many women (6-7.5 or so) so I think they're still viable for some.

    Yeah. You're right.

But like I've said about belts in another thread, its worth it to save up and buy a nice pair of boots that will last forever.

If you can still find them Museum Replicas used to have a boot that wasn't the greatest but they are pretty stout I think they were meant to look like Qui Gon's they had the straps across the front and zippers on the sides.

Also, http://www.museumreplicas.com/p-443-...her-boots.aspx are nice, but they're on close-out.
I just ordered a pair of the http://www.museumreplicas.com/p-443-...her-boots.aspx

Should be here next week. I hope they work and thank you for posting the link. I've had a hell of a time finding good boots in my crazy size.

Has anyone tried these? I know they are not top notch and I'm pretty sure they have a zipper on the other side, but they look nice like they might be nice.

I've never tried them personally, but I haven't heard very many good things about that site.

Thanks the site does look shifty but i was just wondering. There was a place i found that had really nice boots on it but i can't find the boots on the site anymore. I knew the guy who made some of them. They were NICE and cheap. not common among things that are cheap.

I know of a good source for top quality leather boots. These are custom made to your measurements and are less than $300 shipped which is almost unheard of in custom footwear. I can e-mail people the address if they are interested.

I think I'm going to try and make a pair in a whiel (Read a few months) this may be way to long for you, and it may never happen, but when I finish, I'll see if you still need some. I'll tell you how I made mine. just call me the king of thrift
