Jedi Claymore from "The Old Republic" cinematic
If any of you have seen the Old Republic cinematic released a few months ago, than this saber should be pretty familiar. Its the one used by the main jedi when he battles the sith lord.
It has a seoul p4 green led, an SS 1.0 soundboard, running at 6v, with a resistor for the led.
Anywho, here are some pics, they are clicky.
Not as clumsy or random as a blaster, the lightsaber is an elegant weapon, from a more civilized time.
Very nice work SF. Is there a reason you resist'd your LED when using the SaberSound v1.0 board at 6v?
Unlike the prototype, there is no voltage drop accross the producton board.
Apparently NovaC changed some components and the tracing on me.
So to protect the led, I treat it like im running no soundboard, so if im running 6v, I use the appropriate resistor between the board and led.
