    More specifically to Jay-Gon since he is the one that posted the pic for me (anyone else out there feel free to chime in...)

    in this picture:



    I see the marks for + and - I don't see any on the switch...any particular reason? (does the switch not have polarity?)

    There is no polarity to a momentary switch.

    Correct. Unless a switch is lighted with an LED or whatnot (assuming the LED in the switch does not have it's own leads), it doesn't have a polarity. A basic switch opens and closes a circuit. Therefore, no polarity required.

    Again, there is no polarity with the switch, regardless of whether or not it's latching or momentary.

    right, i realize there is no polarity. Kal el rah made it sound like i needed a mom switch....

    With the US 2.5, yes you need to use a momentary switch to power it on and off.

    Thanks... dropped a note on my order asking Tim to swap the latching out for a mom as it hasn't shipped yet.
