they should do a WHOLE north america tour, that includes canada, and they should do a UK tour
The dates that have been announced is just the first leg of the tour... The write up on StarWars.com explains that this is a world tour that will travel across the entire planet...and stop in several countries along the way.... As well as the US your probably looking at shows in country's like Canada, Japan, Australia, the UK, etc....

As far as I know, it's already been in the UK, according to the show I saw in the Public Broadcasting System. I think it started there.
