Default Can't figure out the resistor I need for an accent LED

    Hi all.

I bought a super white 5mm LED for use in a crystal chamber design I'm doing and can't for the life of me figure out the resistor i need...an online wizard say 120ohm 1/4watt resistor...but...???

    Intensity: 7000mcd
    FW current: 25ma
FW supply: 3.3V typical, 3.6b max

This is going into a setup with a 6v source.

345, if this is the calc. you used: http://led.linear1.org/1led.wiz?VS=6.0;VF=3.3;ID=25
then it is correct, trust the calculator!

You need a 120 ohm 1/8 watt, not 1/4 watt

I didn't even know they made 1/8W resistors. 1/4W are probably easier to find, it's not going to make much difference to use one of those.
