The jedi so far...

The ensemble is almost complete....But I needed it for Halloween, so that is my solution for not having a proper Jedi belt...$10 worth of a large plastic side clip buckle, and a length of nylon webbing purchased at an outdoorsy type supply store.....
And a "altered" MR Anakin Ep.III.

Can you go into detail about the boots and the pants?

The boots are the "Anakin" style ones that Jedi-robe sells. I removed the shin guards (didnt like them on...) I found them online at a costuming store in Canada, so they turned out to be a lot cheaper.
The pants are absolutely nothing special. Just cheap cotton material sewn into a pair of pants with elastic waist.....Very very simple...But turned out really nice.

Your obi (sash) and belt should be higher, where your natural waistline is, not at your pants waist, where you'd normally wear your belt. Your belt should be above your belly button.

I agree.... It is a working progress though......Hens the title..."...so far"...A little cut and sew and it should be better.

The term is "work in progress", and it's spelled "hence".

HAha...No worries here...I've been reading the forums for a while before joining in on the fun....I was wondering when I would my first note of constructive criticism from Jedi-Loreen. Trust me though. It is much appreciated. And I knew it is hence..with an E...Damn spell check told me wrong. And I never really thought about work in progress....To be honest, I really thought t was "working"....You caught me... Now I'm going to check, check and re-check my spelling before I post because I know you'll be the one to catch it.
