I finally completely my first LED saber. I call it the Gotham Knight Saber (gthmnyt = Gotham Knight). This is my second saber. The first one was an EL saber which i eventually gave away as a present. I'm truly happy with the way this turned out. The only thing that i want to change out the screws with black hex screws. Thanks to everyone who helped me figure out the many issues I encountered with this board. The only thing that doesn't work is the power down sound for some reason. Thanks also to galen for making the suggestion to shape the shroud to look more like a Bat-symbol. My next step is trying to figure out how to project a Batsymbol when the blade isnt attached like galen also suggested. After that, it will be time to build two padawan sabers for my two toddler boys.

With your permission I would like to try and build a variant of this saber, I love the hilt design and have some ideas as to put a similar design together.
