can i use the store photos?

hey, im selling some tcss MHS parts on ebay and i wanted to know if i could use the stock photos that tim uses, or whether i would have to take my own pictures.
i would put a disclaimer and a link to the store(if thats ok) and confirm that i dont work for or own the custom saber shop i am just using the photos as a representative of the actual product.
i'm only asking because i dont have a suitable camera for taking pictures for ebay available at the moment.

You might want to mention that you're using stock pictures in your item description though. Otherwise someone might think that you're misrepresenting yourself. Also, be very sure than your parts are in just as good a condition as those in the photos.
