Snap, that saber looks awesome! The yellow blade goes great with the black and chrome .

Yes, that piece was attached using epoxy. I can't take credit for the powder coating, that was done for me by another person.

    Necropost!!!

I recently had the opportunity to rework this one for it's current owner, and made some upgrades that brought it up to today's standards in so far as options and features. I added a new soundboard, speaker battery pack, switch, and blade led.
    Particulars:

    Crystal Focus v5.10
    Bespin II - Madcow
    Blackstar - Novastar
    Sartori Zen - Novastar
    Revenge - Madcow
    Heirloom - Macow
    Shoto - Madcow

    18500 Li-Ion stick pack
LedEngin 10watt RGBW - Parallel wired for cyan blade color w/white FoC
Illuminated SPST Aniti-vandal switch w/green ring
    Mega-bass Speaker
    Custom battery/soundboard chassis

Holy wow that's a good looking saber! Seeing the first pic, I thought "An AV switch and bezel would probably look better than the guarded switch." I think I was mostly correct in that, except maybe I would have painted the bezel black and maybe experimented with one of the black AV switches. But that's nitpicking on what's an extraordinary looking hilt.
    Boring conversation anyway...

I like it. I liked the original's guarded switch because it flowed much more fluidly with the saber, in terms of colors. The AV switch looks good though too, since it almost completely matches the blade color. Great work as usual Jay
