    Two things i'd change:

    1) I agree with Obi-Dar, i'm not a fan of that wheel on the box

    2) I'd use a set screw instead of a thumb screw in the bladeholder.

    Both of those are just personal choices, and I really like the rest of the design!

    I'm curious. What did you use for the emitter safety plug?

    I used a Tee nut like this http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...s&N=4294910468 (bottom of the page, on the left).
    I cut off 3/4 of an inch of a MR blade, stuck in some diffuser, glued the tee nut on and gave it a bit of weathering to make it look burned. Real easy.
    I'm glad you asked, it makes the saber for me.

    Saber looks neat, intiresting design.

    Very cool idea!

    I'm not a fan of control boxes, especially when they are almost in the middle of the hilt... but you pulled this one off nicely! Congrats!

    thats is a wonderful saber, i like EVERYTHING about it. i wouldnt change a think.
