Thanks for the comments guys! Just a little update, the bottom half (Past the Graflex Clamp) Is now weathered and sealed in with clear coat:
Just gotta cut the sink tube to size, remove the tabs inside the Clamp and the cosmetics are done!

OK, update time! Serious change around here, due to a few financial problems (New car, Black Labrador puppy, Insurance for BOTH and College equipment lol) I've had to do a few changes, its no longer a CF saber, its getting a Makotosai V3 blade setup (Which is so bright!!) with SuperONE V2
Still, the hilts finished, just installing the electronics. This is going to get a new owner very shortly and it will be worth it!
