Thread: A New Canuck to the Scene.

Default A New Canuck to the Scene.

Hello, I'm a 28 year old Canuck from Northern Ontario.
I own a MR Vader and am in the process of building my own custom light saber.
I am anxiously awaiting my first order from the shop to help complete my saber.
I am working on an exhaust pipe/sink tube hybrid. Still trying to brain storm an end cap,
and possible paint job, but it is coming along. It's gonna be meaty but feels great in the hand.

I hope to have something to share in the very near future.

Welcome aboard from another Canuck...there is lots of great information here to help you make your saber dreams a reality.

A sink tube hybrid with an exhaust tube saber sounds quite interesting...I'll look forward to seeing that when you are ready.

Yay! Another Canadian brother! Our ranks are growing. Welcome to the most addictive hobby in the galaxy.

Whereabouts in Ontario are you? (If you don't mind me asking.)

    I'm in North Bay Ontario,

I took some pics of my work in progress, not much to it so far, just a few pieces fit together while I wait for the internal fun stuff. Then I'll see how much room I have to work with inside.

Pictured with my Vader for size comparison

Just 2 sink tubes and an exhaust pipe, still need to do some dremel work and such.

I quite like that sink tube/exhaust pipe saber design...did you bend it and put those grooves in yourself somehow?

    Looking good so far.

Nope I did nothing to alter the tail pipe, except grind the bottom edge a bit. The sink tubes fit snug inside the bend in the tube holds the sink tubes.
