Hello everyone, I'm making my first Lightsaber with a Luxeon 3 Star but there is something that still a mistery for me...
How does a screw can retain the blade?
Could you explain me how we do a blade retainer?
I'm going to do some Duels with it so it must keep the blade well...

It applies pressure to the blade on the opposite side on the blade socket, like any other type of set-screw would. It works just fine, people have been doing it that way for years now.

A retension screw will work just fine. Put the blade in the blade holder, and tighten the retension screw. That puts force on the blade to hold it in place. See this thread http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ead.php?t=6430

Thanks you very much...I think i'm Beginning to understand but, how could the screw can stay in place in the hole if we give a Big ...Shock on the blade, how the screw can stay in the Saber?
