    Default Jay-gon Jinn's Brass Saber 19

    Well here's #19:

This saber runs a Hasbro Signature Series FX Vader soundboard, a blue P4, 5 deg optic, and runs on a simple 4 AA battery pack. The blade is a JGJ style UltraEdge. I used a guarded switch with a blue button to match the blue blade. Tim machined the switch hole in the MHS sinktube adapter so the switch sits very low in the hilt. Getting the hole in the brass sink drain slip extension to line up up with it was fun.....lots of measuring and marking and double checking the measurements was done before I put the drill bit to it!

    Do you do custom work?

I Can't find a saber to match the awesomeness of the brass ones you make...

And i don't think i have anywhere near the experience needed for such fine craftmanship

I applied it with some epoxy resin, so yes, it's sturdy.
