Jasten you can drill the hole you need in any of the inserts.

I think that BH needs the weathering, as it gets very industrial look to it. Also, looks like a flamethrower end, which is always good with the summer influx of useless noobs currently upon us.......

I love the look of the last picture. It makes it look like the saber may have been made in a pinch (ala I,Jedi), like maybe parts from an old blaster or flame thrower nozzle. I love that kind of thing.Great use of the swiss cheese blade holder!

Nice job on the weathering and design! I normally don't like the swiss cheese emitter, but it looks right at home in your weathered saber. Reminds me of the barrel of a machine gun, which perfectly complements your ancient weathered weapon concept.
