When you say sign material, are you talking corrugated plastic? I'm going to be attempting to duplicate your work,tand that is one of the materials that people have recommended.

heyas, Takamatsu your wicked costume inspired me to start building my own, so heres the respirator Ive been building as a start to my non-canon old republic sith costume.
I started with a paintball mask.
then chopped and changed it, glued a few things on and matt blacked it before painting on the silver high lights.
next i made a 6 led 3.6v circuit with a recharge port. I still need to mount the batterys and switch/recharge port.
here it is lit as is.
and lit while being worn
(thats my old cloak, I designed a new pattern)
so work in progress for now.

As a 405th (Halo costumers) member, I'm pretty used to losing tons of mobility when in costume, but how's your range of motion with the thigh and shin armor on?Originally Posted by Takamatsu
Seeing as this thread has bumped back up I'll post some of the most recent pictures taken, had some fun when we had the snowstorm hit the UK. You can't beat natural weathering, plus the low temperatures meant wearing the costume was quite bearable.

Also, if anyone is familiar with the program Pepakura, I was thinking about making a Sith Marauder helmet render and then unfolding it with Pep to allow for re-creation.
