    Default Another Collaboration by Eastern57, Arm on Fire with an assist to LDM

    Most of you will remember Eastern's "Katarn" saber. How did I get it? Well lets just say I helped a friend out of some financial "poo doo" and acquired a cool saber! Well, Eastern did a nice job, but I thought it had the potential to be a great Katarn replica, so I enlisted the help of an awesomely talented machinist I know. He did the box and brass "clip". What did I do? Well, the post office must have used it for batting practice because I got it as a "non-working" prop! Eastern's work is above reproach and the fault was absolutely not his. I rewired it completely, replaced the battery pack with a brand new 7.4V Li-ion job to run the US 1.0. I got it back from AoF today (not his fault, he didn't even take it apart!) and now the speaker is goofy (thanks a ton USPS idiots!), but I'll fix that easily enough! Check it out, it is 10 tons of Awesome!!!!
