MR Construction Kit/Rubies Ahsoka Hybrid

Hi guys,

My niece wanted a better Ahsoka Tano lightsaber than the one she had. So over the weekend we worked on converting the Rubies she had over to parts for a MR Construction Kit. This is what we came up with. I had to slip a couple of O-rings under the top tube so that it fit snug and some electrical tape around the pommel, but that was all it took to get everything to fit.

Yeah, she's ecstatic! She was really impressed that we did it in maybe 15 minutes tops.

Nice conversion. It is so cool to make and convert sabers for kids. They really appreciate them and I love to see their face when they first turn it on. Great job.

When I say my niece wanted to do it, what I really should have said was, "Hey I bet I can take your lightsaber that doesn't do anything but light up and make it into something REALLY cool! Do you mind???"
