i decided to start a new thread bacause the other one was huge. its all done except i need to Tim to send me a new speaker, i need a bigger activation box for more clearance, and do clo needs to make my shrouds. but other than that heres some pics and a vid.
man this is way brighter then i expected im sooo happy

18.5" custom machined DJ hilt with MHS pommel,
40" TCSS battle blade
luke ROTJ MR board with custom machined DJ teflon mount
seoul P4 with custom machined DJ optics modual
makeshift DJ crystal chamber (Lens)
lots of DJ mill-fu, swearing, cursing, and burnt flesh
Temporary crap hasbro speaker
temporarily no switch.

heres the crystal chamber! you cant see it very well cuz uts so bright but the crystal is the lens and holder





let me tell you. mounting the electronics was a PAIN and you wouldne believe how hard it was to get the wires through those holes since they are between the optics and board mount.

Very good, though are you going to powder coat this in places? Without some differencial colours, it will give to much glare & will detract from the actual details....

You won't have to fight anyone, the light coming out of those cut outs for your "crystal chamber" will just blind them.

Doesn't it sort of defeat the purpose of having a crystal chamber if you can't even see what's inside it?

Lookin good there - I like the small holes and the white and clean metal work go together well for me.
The large "crystal chamber" cutaway section looks a bit too bright for my taste, but maybe that's just how it looks on camera.
Mostly looking really good, nice one!
