what MHS parts are closest for a KOTOR Darth Nihilus saber? I am doing a DL for a secondary costume for the 501st and this is the one thing I will need the most help with.

Well I personally would get-
(2) 1.5" Sinktube adapters
(1) 1.5" Sinktube
(1) MPS pommel Style 3 v2
(1) MHS Stlye 1 Choke
and then one or the other
Blade holder stlye 15
Blade holder stlye 5
I think that is the closest you are going to get to replicating that saber without custom work done. Hope that helps some.

Uh, have you tried using the MHS Saber Builder?
Granted, blade holder 18 isn't in there yet, but you can still look at the pics of it in the Store. I think vargose's suggestions are as close as you're going to get with MHS parts. Personally, I think BH 18 is the best choice.

That looks more like revans saber, Ryhen did a saber like so
I'd use a style 8 blade holder, ten inch section, and some custome sinktube madness.
