Anakin ROTS My first MR conversion

This was alot of fun. It started with a gutted anakin rots hilt that I bought from fenderbender and alleara off ebay. I also got an old anakin TCSS blade holder from them too. I think it was one of the rejects that Tim put in the grab bags, because I had to file and sand that thing down quite a bit to get it to fit. I personally don't like the look of the copper cosmetic buttons on the stock MR, so I got a black thumb screw and black screw cover to give it my own custom look. I used a 3/4 copper plug pipe fitting for the heatsink. It was a perfect fit. I made another PEX blade for this one.

The electronics are quite simple. I just used a 4AA holder, a resistor, the stock MR switch, and a blue Seoul P4.

Very nice... Great conversion. Do you plan on painting the top side holes black and add the golden pins into them? I know you are giving this one your own custom look, just asked out of curiosity

I wanted to put a Blue Cree XR-E in, but the shop doesn't carry it yet.

A little late to post, nice, I did the same conversion but at that time I used a LUX III white. Very nice
