Default First step into a larger world...

... My first functional hilt! Sinktube/PVC chassis, Lux III green, TCSS 1.25" blade holder, stock joe jedi blade, lots of little greeblies from here and there. Pics:

It has no sound (I wanted to gather some expertise before adding more complex in-hilt electronics), the Lux III is powered by four AAA and a buckpuck. It has scratches and little "doh´s" here and there, but I think it´s a start, finally

Hope you like it, thanks for having a look

Nice saber. What did you use for the pommel?

Thanks Rhyen... I used a couple of aluminium disks drilled and screwed together, a metal piece from an old lightbulb socket (yellowish/gold metal strip), and a couple of nuts/inserts from a broken DVD player (tiny ones in the center of the pommel). You know, scavenging is your ally in this hobby

    Very nice

There's nothing wrong with taking steps... nothing says that you can't add sound to this saber later either. Upgrading is always a fun way to keep learning.
