Very nice. I agree with everyone else about the grips, but that is just a personal preference. I think orings would break it up a bit. Great job.

Cardcollector has a good idea. Some grooves like that would break up the empty space, but not add any bulk to the saber.
Good call.
I'd be all over putting some groove on there, but my pipe cutter is too small, and I really don't want to drop $20 at the hardware store to put some lines on my hilt. XD

That is a very nice pommel. Cool design overall.
"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity." Albert Einstein
Very nice Great job!

Shortly after taking those pictures, my Buckpuck fried and my NiMH charger's DC inverter blew, so now I've got Vissh running a resistored setup on two 3.7v Trustfires, and an unwired accent LED in the charge port's hole.
I'll post some pictures in a couple weeks when I can get a new puck.
