LDM, you inspire me.

Every time I see that you have mad a new saber I click on that post first. To see what you can do to make a saber out of the ordinary, always have some sort of new dodad attached to it is truly incredible.

I made a few nubby EL blades back when I used to help friends build EL sabers. They are a lot easier to test the hilt electronics with than a 40" blade.

I even made my own "safety plug" a couple years ago by cutting off 2" from the end of a blade and gluing an acrylic carbochon on the end and filling the blade with hot glue (not my original idea though, got it from a friend).

Here is the updated-to-CF 4.2 saber. H@rry had a little "accident" and so I redid this one. Had to replace the speaker and switches. Battery pack is still good. I also replaced the CF 4.0 with a 4.2

LDM you seem to just wow me everytime you make a new saber. what i really like is your method... it just amazes me. since im a machinist i look at how i can do things EXACT and Precise. you man.... you just throw it together with glue and some other not precise methods and the end product is just FLAWLESS. especially your wiring. it just wows me that i have to stop typing, lean back in my chair and look at all your build pics, watch EVERY one of your videos and just enjoy every ounce of your work.

what im curious is what that thing is you use to mount your soundboard in. and it seems you found a solid perfect battery that you use in every one of your build builds. and is your reverse sound technology a secret? may i PM you and you can give me some tips to use on my 10 watt senior project?
