    awesome! that looks really good. allthough i would have taken a little better care of the finish on the alluminum. it looks a little scuffed. ill also say that you DONT need a whole new heatsink, lens, lensholder, nylon screw etc.... to swap out the LED if you use this process:

    i just simply take a mill and mill out the wire holes to make slots. that way the wires can just come out the sides. have tim do it and im sure it will be cheaper than buying all that other stuff. im doing it to my friend Zadins MHS that ill probably finish this friday. ill post pics of the heatsink

    Needs a shroud, although it's cool by it's self.
