Has anyone made any props for their costumes, if so please share info n pix.

Not yet. I've got an old Gillette Ladies Sensor Excell Razor Handle (I actually used to use these back in the '90's, so I recognized them right away) to make a comm link, and various bits to add to it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
A lot of people don't know that there was a hard version of this razor that didn't have the rubbery grips. I had both versions, but don't know what happened to the rubber gripped ones. The hard one will be easier to paint, anyway.
I plan to use these extra pins from a couple of universal windshield wiper replacement kits for the "antennae".
I've disassembled the razor since these pics.
I also want to make some sort of custom holoprojector, also have a few parts collected for that, but haven't made it.
I'm not interested in a grappling hook or an aqua breather. I'd either need more pouches, or not carry the real stuff I need when I'm in costume.
I also have an acrylic baseball cube that I want to make a holocron out of, when I figure out how I want to do it.

well, this aint a tutorial or anything, but a good reference from a "hook" that was used in ep. 1 even though the scene was cut

looks like it could be quite simple to replicate.
did'nt really search everywhere, i know there are tutorials for this sort of thing around.
all i could suggest is google!
