Thread: mhs heritage

    Default mhs heritage

Forward sound in gear section,12 small holes in between the slots-not as loud as I want, think i"ll open the holes a little.
I got some shine through bolts just added some epoxy and it makes a nice feature for a blade retention screw.
Pc'ed shrouds and accents, it looked very clean, too clean for me, buffed the aluminium and sanded some edges and got the handed down through the generations look.
Also made a chasis for the sound card.
4 rechargeable AAA Luke card, white k2, filter from Arkai.

Thanks for the support, i can't put it down the balance is really nice.
The filter is from Arkai Halon, it looks yellow in the pic but has a green look in person.

Great saber! Also, yeah... that retention screw is a good idea! You know, get the whole "looks like an accent LED" and hold the blade in--all in one fell swoop.

I'm a big fan of things that cover 2 or more needs in a saber. Especially since we all know that real estate (read: ROOM INSIDE) is pretty tight when it comes to sabers. Unless everyone is cool with 18" hilts, hahahah

Great saber, and welcome aboard TCSS...

He's not that new, Nova, he just doesn't post that much. Mostly when he's got a new saber he's made, to show.

Me-ow!!! LOL!! I agree with you J-lo, some of the newer folk need to contribute with their work abit more. I've been quiet with pics for a while as i'm saving for a BIG order from Tim in the near future (5 singles, 3 doubles & a ton of extras).

Love the saber dude!! That thumb screw is unusual, but groovy!!!

Being so great, the owner of these wonderful forums and attached shop has filmed how to build an MHS hilt, here's the link:
