    Have you also tried to bypass the recharge port?

    6v is the MAX, but 1 trustfire will run it. (3.7V works great) The 5v regulator should protect it if it is in your circuit and wired correctlyand it was not actually in your circuit correctly, but the board should not have blown that quickly. I say should, but it could be FUBAR'd. There are some great threads that show proper placement on the regulator AND the recharge port...

    ok, now that im done with school. (W00T!!!! ) ive started working on the MR again. but i have a problem that most be fixxed so that i can start trouble shooting again. the purple wire (+) to the clash sensor has come off of my yoda MR card. i see that it needs to be hooked to the place marked "HIT" but there are 2 of those.... does it matter which one it goes to?
