Yeah, I'm not trying to do the whole thing out of Lexan. Think I'm just gonna use if for the handle, and wrap it with leather or something.
New Staff Design
You probably already know this but just to be sure... Lexan is a name brand, not a material. What you are referring to when you say "Lexan" is regular good old polycarbonate.
I blame the show Battlebots for the misconception, lol.
