I still get a HUGE kick out of the adaptations done by some of the guys from the Reduced Shakespeare Company (which I'm sure many of you have seen already, as they were all over the net a few years ago). Sorry I'm not able to provide a link right now, but you should be able to do a search for "Star Wars Shortened" and find them pretty easily.
I'll post a link later, if I remember.
