If there is a way you can put pressure on the lens and lens holder that is the best way to hold it on and focus it, this is how mhs works the led go's in and the lens is held down when the blade holder is screwed in. look down at the blade holder section



and this is a movie that Endori made about his saber, it explains somewhat about how to put the lense in. and then you can design somthing like that.

You have to set it up in your groups. You pick light side, grey side or dark side.

well i see how that works! thats genious!!! but my saber that im machining myself is a one piece design except for the outer chrome (or brass) shell and then the battery cap at the bottom. i need to post that design in the gallery... so what are my options with a one piece? (Have i sent you a friend request yet?)

that would work. But its not going in that saber. i need to post the designs for my next saber up. ya unfortunatley the minor diamater of the hilt is like .74 inches. so theres no way it can hold a blade or electronics
