Thanks for all the comments guys.

Has anyone got suggestions for names for these beasts?

    @ J-lo and Goodman

I'm going to wait for the CF's and take my time on getting everything right like I did with my Halcyon saber. (patience of a saint eh?)

    @ Darth Sorn

Yes JQ are brilliant. I've actually made good friends with Daren and we are in fairly regular contact.

Those are without a doubt the most beautiful curved sabers I have ever seen. Virtually every other curved saber I've seen looks not so much curved as bent. The renders are amazing, too. I thought they were photos of the real things. What software do you use?

    Matt,

I use Cinema 4d mainly but I have dabbled with 3ds Max.

Cinema suits my workflow better though

Those are seriously the best curved sabers I've ever seen.
The curve is so... Natural. And I love your switch area, with the anti-vandal buttons and all that, can't wait to see them completed!

These look fantastic. I loved the switch solution on Halycon - glad to see you're using it here, too.

The two on the right are LED bezels. $2 from RS (I wish Tim sold them here though alongside the other indicator LEDs)

The two large ones on the left anti vandal switches. They're tall, but very neat --the one with the ring in it can light up.

Ok but where does one buy the Anti Vandal Switches?

Try the Search function. There are links to companies that have these switches all over the forums.
