    Default Parks Saber M2 Conversion

    I converted a Parks Saber M2 into a red Luxeon III and still was able to keep the EL accent lighting. I used a toy hasbro card and powered the Lux III and a low voltage EL inverter directly from the card. I had to bore out the bottom part of the hilt and completely machine a new center section and blade holder. I had to machine a mount for the claws also. I had to do alot of testing and try several EL inverters to get this to work. If anyone has any questions, fell free to ask.

    This man is crazy! SOme great work.... Now who was it that said it couldnt be done? Im thinking someone like J-lo, maybe? Kidding. You are great Wade.

    Thanks for the compliment MMA, I have two more Parks sabers to convert, only one of them has EL accent wire. It is a paint to work with, but it looks good.
