    Default New MHS - 'Exile'

    Hey guys, this is a thread for my latest MHS, 'Exile'. I wanted it to incorporate design points from my character's Jedi Knight and Jedi Master sabers but be a bit more 'off-the-hook'. It is over 15 inches long, definitely a 2 hander. It was meant to be long and powerful but the choke still makes it feel nice one handed. This would be the saber he carries after the Clone Wars and during the Purge. Anyhow...

    Exile
    MHS main hilt
    Aluminum custom shroud
    CF 3.1
    Red-O Lux III
    7.2v Li-ion
    Recharge port & low batt led in pommel
    Super Wet Black powder coating by Tim
















    Recessed recharge port and low batt led in the lower left hole...



    ...Lights on, no flash...



    ...Lights off, no flash...



    Kinda hard to see but there are vent grilles on the black shroud and the shroud itself is painted with that 'Hammered' paint. Also, the main power and aux switch are in the recessed section near the shroud screw.

    Whoa, nice one Rage!
    I love the overlay, especially the texture you added with the hammered finish and grill screening.
    Are you going to be making a movie at some point? I suspect a blinking of the lights, and it would be cool to see it in action.
