I think I recall reading somewhere that they are 4-40 threads. I haven't even tried to install mine yet, LOL.

I don't think they are 4-40. I tried to fix a stripped out hole on a replica flash before (the plastic part) and a 4-40 tap made the hole so big the pin slipped right in. I suspect they may be a 3-48 or even a 2-56 but I have never taken the trouble to positively measure one and figure it out.
Edit: I see you are asking about the ones TCSS sells. Maybe you should email TIm and ask him if he knows.
That's strange. I used a set of them in my Starkiller saber. I tapped the holes at 4-40, and they fit just fine. They might be a hair sloppy, but they seemed to thread in properly.
