Can any one tell me how to upload pictures

Hi every one I get get a Darth Maul double bladed saber and I don't know how to post pictures of it. Please consider me a dummy and tell me steep by steep there saved on my hard drive und my pictures. thanks. I did try a search and couldnt find any thing so if its there please dont bite my head off thanks.
