Starkiller Style saber with Crystal Chamber (Updated Pics)
Here is a starkiller style saber I'm making with a crystal chamber.
I am using the new fluted hilt with the flutes powder coated.and a MHS choke and blade holder. I cut 3 slots into the choke and added a acrylic clear crystal. It also has 2 Luxeon LEDs, one for the blade and one for the chamber. I am still working on adding the sound to it, I will use a hasbro sound card. Here are some pictures of my progress so far. I also used a sink tube for the emitter overlay.

I added a row of black cap screws between the switch and overlay. Let me know if it looks better with the brass screws around the emitter or without, to let the red light to shine through.

How can we be expected to think outside the box when we work in one?
Do you have two LED's for the crystal and tube, or one going trough the whole thing?
I have 2 Luxeon I leds, one for the blade and one for the Crystal chamber. The one for the chamber doesn't have to have any optics.
