I just got my Anakin Converted to an Ultrasaber...

And the moment I put the batteries in... The saber wont start up. I tried using fresh batteries, It wont start up... I tried using it with another Anaking Batterypack and its still does not start up.
I checked the saber for any damage on the packaging and it seemes fine.
I tried emailing Ultra@ultrasabers.com and I have not gotten a responde..
Hes probably busy but I need help to get my ultrasaber up and running.
Any of you guys have this problem or know how to fix it?

Since Ultra did the conversion then he is the one you need to talk to. He will return your contact.

I have to say that the saber hilt looks sweet even without the blade on.
I cant wait till I can send it back and get it fixed. I already have my heart set on sending in another one to get converted.
