Thread: My new sabers

    Default My new sabers

Well I am getting around to posting the pics of my saber collection and need some help with naming them... This is my favorite saber. I know it is a bit common with elements from Anikin/Lukes Graflex, (the grip section) Lukes ROTJ (ribed section) and Obi's ANH (choke and blade holder). A bit long but since I am 6'8 and have big hands it works for me. Runs on a Lux3 blue. I am leaning towards calling this one my Iconic.

This is my 4 year olds saber. Graflex inspired I modified it from halloween because it needed a little more. Needs a name and my 4 year old is less creative than I am. It runs a lux3 green.

Ok my 1.5 year old really didn't need a saber but it ends up it is his favorite toy. His lightsaber form is very unique... think bull rush with a yell in slow motion. But it is cute... I think this one is not "finalized" yet but for now it is. Runs on a lux3 Cyan (more blue than green). Any advice for a name would be much appreciated.

Having a Jedi saber myself, and a Jedi lightsaber for every member of the family leads to one question, who to fight. So I guess I just had to make a sith saber. Runs on a Lux3 red. Needs a good name.

I like the name Iconic for that saber. Good choice!

real nice work man, maybe something like anathema or antagonist or bane, seeing as how your created it to bring balance to your force

anathema [Gr.,=something set up; dedicated to a divinity as a votive offering], term that came to denote something devoted to a divinity for destruction. In the Bible, the term is herem. Anathema means "accursed" in the New Testament, where it clearly suggests separation from God as the penalty. In the early Church and in Judaism contemporaneous with it, it was a penalty conveyed by a decree of excommunication

I love the green saber with the shroud! I'll have to try that some day.
The first one is pretty cool too.

I must say...I'm really digging that graflex-inspired saber. I like what you did with the cutouts and the grooved grips. Nice!

Sorry I can't help with names though =/

    Great sabers!
    I'd call them
    Green: Advocate
Red:Tyranus (since you're the king of the battles)
Blue: parvus-unum (Latin for "little one" )
