Meet up, chat, share ideas for sabers, smack each other around abit, pics, maybe pub?

You can tell we really do alot of planning for these events, can't you?

When would people prefer to do this?

July or August? I'm thinking that it may be easier for some with school holidays happening around then.

Let's get voting on a month and see what the majority would prefer.

Once we have a month picked out, we can narrow it down to a day.

Also, what transportation will you be taking? Train, bus, car? If a lot of people are using public transport, somewhere near a train or bus station would be ideal for a location.

Yes. The weekend long carnival. In Notting Hill.

My new job has alot of 'involvement' in that, so they deny all Holidays over that weekend unless you had it booked before end of feb.

So not 29/30th August. Anything besides that is groovy.

Right, here's the Brit list so far as I can remember at this particular time:

    Me
    Tom Starkiller
    Sethski
    Drichar Deis
    Angelus Lopus
    Dark Duv
    Maliki Skywalker
    Rich D85
    Mcich
    Darth Sorn
    Kuriegu

There are plenty of others out there, so apologies for any I miss.
Add yourselves to the list if you wanna come along.

    Looking forward to it...

Good/bad times-wise, the weekend of 22/23rd August isn't do-able for me, all the rest are (at the moment).

Barmic - I have an order due to be sent out anytime v soon but currently pending, if you're ready to do yours and want to get them shipped together to save some pennies, drop me a PM and we can contact Tim to try and arrange this. Oh - I'm also curious about the blade holders you mentioned.

Hmm. Hitch-hike and then beg to sleep on someone's sofa? You could flag down potential lifts with your saber, I'm sure you'll meet lots of interesting people that way
