for the emmiter, you could get madcow to make it, give him a style two emmiter then he could machine the "wings" on it.

I like the color scheme of the shiny copper/brass but I don't think you would get that effect in a powdercoat...maybe sometype of overlay...if that's the direction you're heading...what the heck am I talking about you must already know that.

may be a bit early bit early, do you have any ideas for your electronics? (just curious!) I like the Obi TPM emitter idea. I think it adds alittle "bling" to the hilt!
